Back in March this year I started really looking into Bitcoin. And I got it. I really got it. Philosophically and politically. Then I got into understanding it economically and mathematically. It stood up to every test.
One of the things I love about my work is working with my clients to solve problems... One such coaching session recently led to a conversation about the essence of leadership and I recounted a story of when I experienced being in total clarity and flow and how the natural leader in me emerged when I needed it the most.
I used to actually think stress came with the territory when it came to work. As a Digital Project Manager I would blame my stress on the complex project I was on. The truth is though that stress is a feeling and our feelings are caused by the ebb and flow of our thinking experience. Projects do not and can not cause stress. Projects have no special powers to cause you to actually *feel* one way or another.
Today traditional management styles of controlling and monitoring employee performance isn’t working. When managed people will not perform at their best. When pushed we instinctively push back. It’s totally natural. More and more businesses and organisations are looking to coaching as a solution. But, there is a lot of confusion about what coaching actually is.
